Some of what you share with Amkala may be consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act. This page says what that data is, why we collect it, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and your rights.

- Your conversations with the coach — the messages you send and its replies
- Reflections about wellbeing
- Relationship notes
- Goals, preferences you've told it, things it noticed about how you like conversations to go, and connection moments you kept
- Safety-flagged messages
- Photos and descriptions
Purpose
Collected solely to operate Amkala.

Sharing
Shared only with:
- AI model providers
- Hosting/storage providers
- Human reviewers in safety cases
- Telegram, which carries safety alerts — and your messages during a crisis hold — to the person on call
Retention
- Messages kept: retained while account exists
- Messages deleted: removed immediately, fully deleted within 10 days
- Safety-flagged messages: retained until you delete your account

You may request access, deletion, withdrawal of consent, processor list, or appeal. Write to privacy@amkala.com.
